Jay Rothstein has rich experience in information technology and
procurement, focusing on software, hardware, and services. As an
Independent Consultant, he has provided technology procurement services to leading firms in Financial Services including The Bank of New York Mellon, Barclays Capital, HSBC, and New York Life.  As lead negotiator and cross functional team lead, Jay has negotiated 200 technology procurement contracts. He has performed high-level transformational roles and provided procurement advisory services to global executives and CIOs.

As a Certified Information Systems Auditor through PwC, KPMG, and other consultancies, he has contributed to internal audits at HSBC, Citigroup, the Bank of China, and other leading financial firms (Please see “AUDIT GEMS” below). His audits have addressed information technology, investment portfolios, financial operations, and regulatory regimens such as Anti-Money Laundering/ Know Your Customer/ and Bank Secrecy Act (AML/KYC/BSA) and OFAC/Sanctions. Areas of focus include Information Technology, Foreign Correspondent Banking, Consumer Credit Cards, and Asset & Wealth Management.
